A Calmer Place

Wild swimmer, Rob Flood tells his story of how lockdown and the restrictions on his freedom affected his mental health. After access to wild spaces was taken away he found it became more difficult to deal with the anxieties he faced. This film tells the story of the benefits of a calmer place on his well being.
